Good Morning ZeldaMay, I must have missed out on a conversation somewhere - why did you reduce Walter's dose on 12/2 in the PM?

When they earn a reduction you might want to add a line to the SS - saying 'Reduction Earned' Or 'Dose Increase - if you look at the other spreadsheets we do that so that everyone will know when and often why we're raising or lowering the dose.

She's following SLGS and had not take the reduction earned with the 84 the night before.

I hope Walter comes back down today.

You'll want to study the SLGS protocol - whether his numbers are high or not, the protocol says you needed to reduce the other night after dropping below 90. If you could please, just make a note on your SS - I really can't remember what was written in a condo previously...thanks so much
