Hi everyone!
Well, Scooter is back down again this morning, but each morning he’s been a smidge higher than the morning before, and each evening a bit higher than the evening before. I hope he’s not going to keep inching up.

Scooter surprised me with a 58 for PMBG. I’m glad to see him lower than the previous evenings. It did make me wonder....is there a low number, when OTJ, where a kitty should get additional tests and possibly some carbs?

Nope, you don't need to worry about those lower preshots or even other lower numbers in the cycle, he isn't gettting insulin, that's all him and his pancreas doing its thing. Many people have tested their civvies and get even lower BG numbers, you are just fine.

Thanks Christie! I thought he was ok, but just wanted to be sure. I don’t want to mess anything up when we’ve come this far.

Your SS gives others hope, Jill! I find the SS quite interesting how when you scroll quickly down, the colours just all start gradually changing to those nice cool colours. Way to stick with it!!!

We’ve had some kitties on trial and in remission get into the 40s on a human meter. With no insulin on board, that number is not a concern.
