[Wendy&Neko]

Yesterday, this bean got away for a much needed break.

Unfotunately, it looks a little like a fur shot or short shot last night. DH shot, but since he let me get away for the day, I'll let it ride. Appy is OK this morning, but not stellar. I haven't given ondansetron yet so not bad results.

It's actually sunny here, not just a small patch of blue. I am really hoping for a warm solarium later. It's been well over a month. If it does get warm, I will take Neko out there and spend some quality time there with her. However, the reason it's sunny is a cold front moving in. Snow is in the forecast later this week (possibly as soon as tonight). DH had to hurry over to the family cottage to winterize it. So it's my turn for a day with the girl.

Vines to all in need today. It's one day at a time here. I may not visit as much as I would prefer to spend more time with Neko.

The first time I put Neko out in the solarium by carrying her on her bed (in the picture). After a while she walked into the kitchen for a drink but tottered back out to the solarium on her own. She spent over two hours out there. I felt so bad when I had to carry her back inside and close the kitchen door to the solarium. DH and I were going out (ferry cancelled due to windy weather), and the sun had moved off the solarium with things cooling quickly. I don't think she could make it in the cat door by herself now so didn't want to leave her out there. I am so glad we had this solarium day. It's always been one of her favourite things to do.
