I thought he would have been in the stinky pinkies this morning since I wasn't able to test or give insulin last night with a useless arm that moved like jelly. I was able to move my fingers enough this morning to test and shoot without too much difficulty. My friend said she would stop by after work today to help with PM testing and shot but I think my fingers might be more usable by then.
Surgery went fine. It was a lot of waiting though, more than the last time but that was before the pandemic. My hand was Oompa Loompa orange afterwards
I have a bandage wrap from my wrist to arm pit. It can come off on Saturday.

He's apparently been attached to the husband's hip lately so he stayed home. Civvie was disappointed. Leroy did not leave a mess anywhere for me to clean up. Magic dog is taking some mushroom extract medicine for his cancer. Chemo wasn't an option because he doesn't like to hold still and sedating him every time wasn't ideal.
TBP sent a Zoom invite to go over the list of things to do while I'm away
I literally told them I would not be doing anything work related while on medical leave and my out of office message up. The other team is covering the work. They just need to make sure the work is getting done. I gave them a list. If there were questions they should have asked before I left. This place is so disorganized
Not Zooming in. If they try calling, it's going to voicemail. My health is more imoprtant than work.

Any pain is mostly limited to the base of the thumb and lower palm unless I accidentally overstretch my arm or fingers
