So far, as I've not been giving Jude the medicine with sugar flavoring, his numbers have come down. I hope this continues, but he has been spiking up and down, so I'm not holding my breath. Fingers crossed.

His body is probably still a little confused after all that sugar in the past few days so lets give it time for him to settle. I know he'll be back to his good numbers soon.
