Still waiting for a call from the vet with lab results from Tuesday

I will install Ivy’s new Libre today and then activate it tomorrow.
She will be thrilled as usual
Today should be quite here today so hoping she will come upstairs to get some sunshine.
She’s been doing that on her own some days lately. Love when I don’t have to carry her upstairs and she wants it on her own
Hope everyone has a calm and boring day, safe surfing

Yesterday we had 3 visitors in the yard (maybe the babies from this Spring) who came back for a visit and snack?

Aw, pretty deer! Gosh, that makes me wistful. I haven't been able to go on a nature walk in weeks; normally I do it multiple times a week.

I understand Allie. There was a time I didn't leave my house for 2 weeks when I was getting acclimated with Ivy. It was really BAD!

My son even volunteered to do my grocery shopping a few times for me. He was a life saver.

Hoping thing will calm down soon for you and Gen!!!! You'll get there

She was a very good girl with the Libre! Yay Ivy!
And she did exactly as you said, after it was over she wandered up to the pink chair and is sunning now in the window!

I did hear from the vet tonight. We need to increase her Methimazole again. Her T4 went up to 6

Hi Staci I just saw her T4 went up , I'm so sorry. I know you feel defeated, let's hope increasing the med will work.
I forgot what number was the T4 the last time. I'm glad putting on the Libre went well and Ivy came upstairs to catch some sunshine.

I'm sorry, Staci. I don't know much about this part of Ivy's condition or what other treatments you've tried/discarded, but setbacks are always tough.

WTH?!? The pills should have been more effective than the transdermal, right? Of course, diseases can progress. Is it that? I’m so sorry , Staci. I hope it’s just that you don’t have the dose just right, and that the increase will help.
