Happy Caturday and CONGRATS TO ESSI AND DANETTE OTJ!!!!

Very late posting today....I was so exhausted last night and woke up this morning with a headache so did two btbs...for shame. The second time I woke up with a soft, cuddly little brown girl with big brown eyes diving in and under the comforter and sliding across the bed.

WCR: 5Ps in place today! Her eyes look GREAT!! I think the vet's idea to stop the warm compresses made a difference..I have no idea but that's been the only real change. It seems Gracie has gotten over the exhaustion of Thursday night and the vetty visit yesterday and she is happy and playful today. I'm wishing I wasn't seeing those pink numbers...at AMPS I thought.."Ok...just get into yellow at +2" but so far, no go. She's good at slidage though :lol: :lol:

It's a beautiful day here and with Gracie's numbers like this, I have many errands to run and things to do including taking down the outside Thanksgiving decos and getting up the Xmas ones. So forgive me if I don't get to many condos until later. Have a beautiful day.

and so agree with Celi - us beans need a break too now and then. Sometimes you just have to let that happen.

This is what makes me crazy...these pink numbers like she got no insulin but I know 100% she did....I'm wondering if I drew it up skinny in my fog brain this morning....that would certainly account for it. Gee I wish we could prefill syringes!!! Consistency would be so much easier then.....esp on days when we are tired, don't feel well, don't see well :lol: Ok...I just gotta put on my "just one cycle" boots and get over it.

Come on down Gracie, bounce time is over! I could use some of those boots too. :YMSIGH: I'm glad her eyes are doing so much better and she's feeling good even with the pinks.
BTW btb should be mandatory periodically! :-D

It's only a number. Gracie is accommodating your need to run some errands and not cause any worry. You can come down not Grace but please do so gently. Diving is not necessary.

Hey Barbara and Tena....looks like she cleared her bounce and we are out of pink!!! This is a better PMPS than I had expected....she's back to bounce-clearing slidages!!! Here's a song for my Gracie...sung to "Baby Face"

At least I got some errands done this afternoon and even had a nice lunch and some gelato!!! Gracie just texted me that Mannie's menu for Essi's party was one of the best!!! DH found a new recipe for the next party: poached salmon in broth based mousseline sauce with fresh cucumbers!!

darn cats and their cell phones... :lol: :lol: and i can't remember - it was either Tess or Mannie. as I recall they were at a party, permission was granted if they texted home their numbers... maybe - it is a distant memory now...

Gracie has some nice numbers this evening.

Cats and their cell phones....Ya gotta luv it.

I was wondering how all of them were communicating w/one another.
