Today's curve is going better than expected! We're down in the 200s! Yay! 🎉
I have a question about doing a late dose. I may get home up to 45 minutes later than shot time from a memorial service next week. I know that it acts as a dose decrease to do it late, and if I do the one the next morning at the regular time it can be like an increase. With Ember's numbers still so high, will it make enough of a difference to worry about? I suppose I could adjust by 15 minutes for a couple days if needed, but I don't know how big a deal it is?

Hi Elaine, you can move your time 15 minutes each cycle or 30 minutes once a day if needed to keep you on schedule (like we do when we change our clocks in Spring and Fall)
