Morning, Barb.

I hope that you feel better very soon. I also hope that Checkers gives you better #s in the very near future. Try and have a good day.

Thanks guys. I had a suspicion this morning's shot was not a good one. Guess I was right.
These are awfully high numbers, even for a fur shot.

Hi Barb, adding my feel better vines for you, too! And for Checkers to come down. I just did a fur shot not too long ago, and Mags' numbers just steadily climbed. Hope it wasn't a furbie, but if so, Checks will get back on track.
Thanks for your experience with Checkers on Dasuquin. This is the 2nd day, so I imagine if it helps, it may take a week or so. I just checked, and I paid $28.00 for it from Vetty. How is Checkers's back lately. I know the Bupe helps him at times. Mags has spina bifida. Vet saw it on her X-rays. Not sure I spelled it right.

Yuck! He is being so finicky today, not liking anything I give him to eat....rejects all flavorings on his food too.
I'm wondering if he just doesn't feel well. I was out this afternoon, taking care of car 'stuff', but he hasn't been active at all while I've been home.

Hi Barb,
Maybe Checkers' stomach is a little "off", too. (sympathetic vines he is sending to you?). The high numbers may also affect his appetite. He probably just doesn't feel like eating. Have you tried the baby food?
Anyway, lots of healing vines to both of you this evening.

Hugs from us,

Ella & Rusty

p.s. Glad that your neighbor is putting the black oil sunflower seed in her feeder now. It helps the budget when the birds can go to more than one house! We have mostly chickadees; the pine siskins have left; we see the occasional redpol, and junkos. We also have a resident pair of cardinals (it is strange to see them hang around in the winter this far north).
