Sorry this is late but the DH let me sleep in this morning because of being sick. Doogle didnt get out of the 200s last night so hoping for a better day. Not doing anything for New Year's. Still not feeling well and I have to get over this before Thursday.

Happy New Years to you Mary! Thanks for the well wishes. I would rather be home anyway on New Years....to many crazy people out there on this night. I would like to see the next day.........LOL. Actually hoping for rain tonight so there are no fireworks going off and scaring the kitties.

I have no idea on why Doogle shot up to 445! Just 3 hours ago he was 194. The only things I can think of is either the liver reacting to better numbers or stressed out by the damn fireworks! My poor Scrappy outside is scared to death! Went out to check on him and he came hiding at my feet under my robe. It is supposed to be illegal to shot them off in the county where I live but of course no one does anything about it. Plus I worry about stupid people shooting guns in the air and coming down. I am not a big fan of New Years because of drunks on the road and fools and fireworks. So I will be up for a bit longer.
