Yesterday's slide

Shhh, we're keeping it quiet so as not to disturb Mr. Liver. :lol: :lol: :lol: Oh right, he is ever vigilant, just a matter of time. :roll: Zener is napping on Versailles, the kitty condo under the heating vent. He got a whiff of his Christmas present, a catnip fish, so we broke that out. It's kind of damp. :lol: :lol: Appy isn't great but I upped the cypro so we'll see how that progresses. No yard patrol. He's been going out in the afternoon when the wood pile is in the sun.

OT: Looks like the ABs are helping Anne's sinus infection and I'm having a relapse. :-x :-x :-x So annoying. So far it's just a little soreness in the throat. I've been wanting to watch Cleopatra with Elizabeth Taylor. It's 3 hours. Today might be a good day. :lol: :lol: Tillie just got her last dose of clindamyacin. We are all glad to be done with that.

Nice job Zener! Great start. I hope Mr. Liver is on holiday. Glad the ABs are helping Anne. A day of watching Cleopatra might do the trick for you Liz. Get some rest. I hope you all have a great day!

Nice start for Zener. I hope Mr. Liver will chill out today. I'm glad the ABs are helping Anne. Liz, I hope you don't get sick again. Rest and watching a movie sounds like a good idea.

I'm saying this as quietly as possible - I don't want to be the one to wake up Mr L.....looking awesome today, Z! THe little man looks soooooo snuggled up and cozy :-D !!!

Man, I hope you guys can kick that ailment that just won't let go over there. Enjoy a day filled with R&R and getting better!

And this is addressed to the creeping crud in your house - ahem, you've spent enough time at Anne and Liz's house. Your have overstayed your welcome. Please head on out as soon as possible.

Thanks everyone for stopping in to check on the sick beans and our pretty blue and green boy. Z is having a good day, wish the beans could say as much! This is a nasty bug. Night duty bean (Anne, that's me) is doing better after the 2nd day of antibiotics for sinusitis post-cold. Liz's throat is ugh again, so she is going to the walk-in clinic tomorrow to rule out any bacterial infection. We are pitiful. Our New Year's eve is on tap to be as exciting (or lack thereof) as our Christmas eve was. Zener is doing his best to keep our spirits up with his lovely cycles. What a guy!

We managed to make it through the Elizabeth Taylor-Richard Burton Cleopatra movie. Boy howdy, they don't make movies like that anymore. It took us most of the day, since it was 4 hours long and we took frequent break. We loved the musical interlude at the beginning and intermission. The film was amazing but not very uplifting. Now, we need some comedy to offset all the tragedy. ;-)
