So, Moey gave me a lemon PMPS.....he must have heard you Sue!!! Perhaps a bounce? Who knows?!? He doesn't bounce in the typical fashion. Sometimes I wouldn't even call it bouncing; maybe skipping suits him better. His snotty nose is probably contributing to the higher #s. He always has issues in the winter. Dry air and such. My DH's "pet name" for Moey is Slee Snot...! Anywho, the DH is another story altogether

I don't think you have a lot of room for an increase with those nice greens yesterday. That yellow could be a slight bounce combined with the snotty nose. I think you should wait and see what he does today. Do you have any Zyrtec? You can give 1/4 of a 10 mg tablet of Zyrtec twice a day for the snotty nose. I hope Moey feels better soon. I agree with Carla. He spent more time in the lagoon yesterday than he has in a while so that could have promoted a bit of a bounce combined with a snotty nose.

Thanks for the reply Carla! Unfortunately, I don't have Zyrtec or many OTC pharmaceuticals in my cabinet. I have a box of Clavamox, which I don't want to employ unless absolutely necessary.

Well it looks like I'm going to have to borrow a new pair of patience pants! Mine are just worn out....holes the size of cats in them I tell ya

I'm like you. I don't give drugs unless I feel it's really necessary. Ravan also has a bit of a runny nose. I blame it on the cold weather & it is dry in my house. My furnace humidifier was leaking & now turned off. I was going to buy a small humidifier & then read about how it can blow mold spoors into the air if it's not cleaned "every" day! I don't want another chore to do every day so no Humidifier for me.

Could you put some water on the stove to boil gently? To add humidity to your house? I used to do that - or set out a crockpot full of water to let it put some moisture into the air - it would so dry in our house in the winter due to the furnace running all the time...

Of course you'd have to watch the pot to make sure it doesn't boil dry...it's always something, huh?

I hope Moey goes back to the lagoon soon - maybe he's just taking the day off to rest up there in the lemon next...Luci is out at the beach right now - so maybe he's just keeping an eye on things there until she gets back - in her usual fashion at PMPS...
