Good Morning LL!! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) (Elsa - lots (!!) please! This bean is so sleepy...), and Happy Cheery Cherry Monday everyone!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, KBP, kitteh barista pilot!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Today is CHEERY CHERRY MONDAY!! Lola and Bug are making their cheery cherry pizza pies. It is after all Monday, and that is now tradition! Anybody up for a cherry pizza? so. well. anyways. ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot espressos, with beans from deep within the mountain slopes of Africa, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: a VENTI Quad cherry infused white mocha/mocha blend with white chocolate chips melted within, topped with a cherry whip garnished with candied cherry sprinkles and white chocolate curls. SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of cheery cherry and chocolate swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with crystallized cheery cherries and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! We gots CHEERY CHERRY CHEESECAKE too! as well as cheery cherry frappes! I love cheery cherry Mondays. :cool:

I hope everyone had a great weekend, and a good Sunday yesterday. I spent mine at home, with a few local hikes to add some outdoor time to a weekend full of chores and errands and general relaxation recovery time from a busy week with the boys, and an even busier time with Christmas. Sunday was an outdoor day for me, at least in the early morning. No sunrise though - it was too foggy! I went to the shore, had a decent time, me and the fog. ;-) At least it didn't rain! It was so quiet, not many people out early in the morning at all. A few hikers but no one else on the shore. Here's what I wrote yesterday about the day: "Hi everyone! Hope the day has treated you well. Hmmmmm... it is football Sunday, the Seahawks are so far winning, and I never did pick up that book, even though I have several in my "gotta read this!" pile. Ann, you know me to well..... I did head on ut early to Meadowdale shore, my usual walk through the woods, and out to the water. It was a foggy start today, still is actually. The stuff has not lifted today. No awesome sunset today. :-| I came home from the hike/walk and cleaned my house. :shock: I really should have read that nook. I am sure it would have been more enjoyable. :lol:

Normalcy in MusketeerVille! :cool: :cool: :cool: What to say about the kitties.... They have been good kitties, and even Lola! Well sorta on Lola... Lola will always be Lola. Yesterday as raid the waste baskets day, all of them. She'd dump one and then move on to the next one. :lol: SIlly cat. I'd no sooner get them righted again and she as back, knocking them over again. :roll: Silly cat! We have been a bit on the cool side here, mid 30's in the mornings, low 40's in the afternoon. Both Bug and Elsa, and even Lola some too, spent the day napping in their beds. I think Elsa went out for a bit, but she sure didn't stay long. Off to a warm bed for her after that. The tree will be coming down in a few days, probably New Years Day. I so wonder what Lola's reaction will be..... :shock: No doubt that will be a Normalcy in MusketeerVille! :cool:

so what do you think..... should I get this for Lola???? It has her name all over it! :lol: :lol: :-D :-D :-D :cool: :cool: :cool: :cool:

Have a great day everyone! I'm not too sure what will be here today. One of those days when I shall see what comes to be. I may even get to that book I never did read yesterday. :-D

Nice on the relaxing Sunday! Those are the best kind, especially this time of year. You should definitely let yourself sit and read that book. Too funny on Lola. Tarragon likes to tip garbage cans, mainly so he can hunt for Qtips. We have to keep them under the sink and had to install child locks. Silly kitties. Have a great day Michelle!

Morning Melissa ~O) ~O) ~O) LOL, and yes, I should on that book. :-D Lola is funny with those trash cans... I'm not too sure what she is looking for, she knocks them over, and then hunts through them. Maybe it's just the act of doing that gets her going. :lol: :lol: I so have to get those child locks....

Oh my, that contraption looks insane :shock: ....do you want Lola having that height advantage over you :lol: ? She would definitely LOVE it!!! So funny how she picked yesterday as trash can day...I love how they focus on one thing for a bit, then move on to the next. Oh, the life of a cat!

I can just see Lola swinging on that. :lol: That's right up her alley.

I'm glad you had a relaxing day yesterday. Maybe you'll get to read that book sometime soon.

Morning Amy ~O) ~O) ~O) Isn't tat thing crazy, crazy but so fun. I can so see Lola totality into that. Up and down she'd go, back and forth, swing swing swing... :lol: :lol: I thought so too on "trash can" day. She does that, one thing one day, something else the next, :lol:

Morning Carla ~O) ~O) ~O) I thought so too. Hmmmmm.... might have to consider it, if I can think of a place to put it.... :shock: I so hope on that book.... :cool:

Oh Michelle! You would be very very brave to let Lola on that contraption! :lol: Wonder if Lola found what she was looking for in those waste baskets?? :lol: The other day I had to change the vacuum bag and it ripped so I put it in the bathroom trash. The kittens got it knocked over and there was dust, dirt and debris everywhere! I did not laugh then. I kinda can snicker now :razz: I wonder if they are actually looking for something or just 'helping' us?? Silly kitties!

Hi everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. Mine has been AWESOME! I got alot done in the morning. One of those days when I was in the mood to toss, so I did. Got rid of alot of stuff, things I don't really use, clutter, etc. I was sitting here about 10:30 thinking ok, now what? - Ii occurred to me that I just didn't care that it was cold wet and rainy on the outside and on the rivers, I was going anyways. It also gave me a chance to assess conditions and see if it is doable for the boys. SO.... off the the Skykomish! Index area is really as bit cold and icy, might do for a short stop, The river at Gold Bar is in good shape, not too cold... anyways - had a good time on the Skykomish today. A cold and wet one, but still very nice. And.... (!!!) I found a new spot for the boys and I. I have driven by Trout Creek, which flows into the Skykomish several dozen times, never stopped. today I did. One gets through the trees and this is the view you see. Simply outstanding, breathtaking. Almost as good as Jack's Pass. Jack's to me feels more one on one, this spot feels vast, less personal, but ever so good. It is really an exceptional spot. There is a long pull out, camp ground on the other side of Trout Creek, which I will be taking the little guy too, once it warms just a tad, it was a little snowy, alot icy there today. Primo spot. WOOT! What a day! I will post the Picassa link in tomorrow's condo. Enmjoy your evening everyone!

Hi Kim - and congrats to Twice. OTJ! WOOT WOOT! I so know on that contraption, but I really like it. I think she would too. Endless entertainment for her. I wondered too on the waste baskets. I dunno! Sometimes I think she just enjoys making the mess, playing with what is inside, then on to the next one. Silly cat! OMG on yours and the vacuum bag,,, that happened to me last week, but I managed to get it to the outdoors trash.... I can so see that mess that you had, probably on the kittens too. :shock:

I know I had to put baby locks on my kitchen cupboard with the garbage can, Chyna likes to dig in it :roll: That trapeze thing is awesome, I would so get it if I had the room...for a younger cat, who has front claws (Chyna doesn't, she was front paws declawed by a previous owner, before I fell in love at the SPCA and adopted her cat_pet_icon ) Lola would have a blast :lol: I'm glad you had an awesome day! Hope it's an equally good evening :-D

Morning Rachel ~O) I am seriously considering putting locks on my cabinet doors .... LOL, maybe that would keep her out of the trash cans, and the recycling bins. :roll: maybe. ;-) I love that trapeze thing, but just have no clue where I'd put it. I could so see her swinging back and forth, and that takes space. Sure would be fun though. :lol: THX on yesterday - It was great.
