Morning and Happy Caturday,

What the heck is up with this number Leo? After such a beautiful green surf that lasted as long as i could keep my eyes open you give me a yellow?!?!?! :roll:

Leo was up and waiting for me at the top of the stairs this morning, i think he waits to hear my alarm go off on my cell phone, then he comes in to yell at me. A kitty back up alarm. We had a good test, shoot and feed this morning, not too many choices of fuds left at DGP's so he got some 8% fuds for breffis, looks like i need to replenish the fuds stock. I was trying to get Leo's insulin ready with Leo giving headbutts and purring up a storm, he gave me one giant headbutt and the syringe went straight into the side of my finger :o ouch, I had to let grandpa get the insulin ready, he tells me "ok its ready" then i look and can see the huge bubble from 5 feet away, so grandpa got a quick lesson on twisting the plunger, something he doesn't do.

Kitties make such helpful little personal assistants. They're sure we poor beans would snooze our life away if it weren't for them waking us up!!! :lol: Too funny on the air bubble- good thing you got the chance to see it and correct it. Sorry about the finger poke. I know from personal experience - those little needles HURT when they jab in to your finger all the way.

I think you can just about call the yellow a blue...it's soooo close. Besides, I'm sure he won't stay up there very long...this is Leo we're talking about!

Ouch on the stick! It's amazing how much that stings. I've done it a few times, and it amazes me that Trix tolerates having that thing jabbed in her twice a day!

I wonder how many shots full of air bubbles Leo has had!! ( and I love it that your dad is so good about taking instruction). Hey Leo, time to get green again.

Hi Tracy, ouch on the needle prick. I get lots of those, too, but with the lancet. That is so sweet of Leo's Grandpa to get the juice ready and then get a lesson in releasing the bubble. :-D I hope Leo comes down today. Have fun fuds shopping. I love shopping at the pet stores. Have a nice day.

Heehee yeah it turns out that apparently you can still teach a 70 year old dog new tricks!! :lol: :lol: I'll have to tell my dad that you ladies like the fact that he still takes instruction.

Busy morning here already, one of my parents horses got out of the corral (sp?) and we've spent a good chunk of the morning trying to lure him back in. He's a very smart horse and will patrol the whole corral for weak parts of the fencing and escape. I went outside this morning and heard him trompin around right beside the house, it scared the bejeebus out of me!!!

Leo on the other hand has been purring since his shot this morning......2 hours of purring already!! We had a marathon hugging session for 30 minutes this morning, complete with paws wrapped around my neck.

Morning! Leo? Yellow? seriously? well... he will be down, for sure. And way too fun on the finger shot (been there), and DGP's bubble. :shock: :-D oh my... but glad he listened. Go DGP!

Love the horse story - they are no dummies!

and all that purring - the cuddle part is so nice! Good job Leo: you done good!

Hi Tracy:

It's nice to see Leo back in nice numbers again with just an occasional blip. Guess he liked the extra juice. Wow on the drop from 204 to 59 :shock: Nice catch...a little fast Leo!!

So funny about your dad. Glad you got the horse back in the corral....must have been cold out there trying to get him.

Well I packed Leo's stuff up, put it in my suv, I made sure and did it all while he was outside so he couldn't see what I was doing. He came in, took one look at me and booked it under my parents bed. I grabbed him, brought him inside my vehicle and he starts shaking and meowing 'please don't make me go for a car ride' Ughhh I just couldn't put him thru the weekly car ride he hates so much. So we will be staying at my parents place for the week and I am on my way home to get clothes and more kitty fuds. The things we do for our kitties. My dad is tickled pink we are both spending the week.

Leo, you are such a sweetheart and you have all your beans totally wrapped around your little paws. :lol: :lol: Yep, we'd do just about anything for our babies. Your condo is always entertaining. Stay warm!

aw, you're a softie! that's so sweet that you're willing to stay at your folks for an entire week just so leo doesn't have to ride in the car!

leo's looking good considering your dad's been shooting bubbles in him! :lol: just kidding (sort of!) :lol:

maybe leo didn't want to leave the mice at grandpa's place!
