Good to hear from you, Summer. You may have to go easy with Boo for a while to get him used to the brush. I have had Bama since he was a kitten and don't even remember how he reacted to the brush the first time. I know I should have spent more time handling his paws so he would be used to it and I could clip them but he has always resisted. He doesn't like anyone messing with his feet. :cat:

Boo is very picky about how I pet him. He doesn't really like me to pet his stomach or touch his legs or feet. He tolerates me petting his back. He likes me to scratch the top of his head and under his neck. I have no idea what this cat has been through in his life but will be patient with him. He did let me brush the top of his head but when I put the brush in front of his face, to let him look at it, he pulled back. Probably the smell of cats/dogs I brushed before him.
