The bounce broke early this morning dropping him like a rock.

Sweet Peanut is still struggling this morning - please continue the prayers today. She's so weak - I may have to take her to the vet after all but I hate doing it, it will terrify her so badly. She deserves a peaceful crossing, not one filled with terror. I laid on the floor of the cattery with her most of the night. She didn't want to cuddle but seemed to be happy that I was there with her. I wish we never had to go thru this part but since that's the trade-off for such an amazing love then I can accept it.

Extra hugs to all two and four legged creatures today - even the six and eight legged ones, finned and feathered.

Hugs and good thoughts to you and Peanut. Any chance your vet could make a housecall for that last visit (or know a vet who will)? Whatever happens, I hope for peace for you both as Peanut gets ready for her journey.

Our day becomes more sad....my mother just called, their 2 year old tortigirl died of evidently a heart attack while sleeping with them last night. She woke up suddenly, meowed loudly twice and was gone. They're going to miss her terribly. My dad, a professed 'cat hater' for years will be the most lost - he discovered he didn't hate cats when I moved back home with my deaf cat for a short time about 30 years ago. This is the first time they'll be without one but doubt they'll replace her...

Peanut and I are still loving....

Oh, Lyresa, Please send our deepest sympathy to your parents on the sudden loss of their kitty.

I hope that Peanut will pass peacefully at home and am praying that that will happen soon. She is a very brave kitty. She wants to leave, but she doesn't want to leave you, her beloved mamabean. Thinking of you all today and sending lots of hugs,
