When she was on lantus, it took her more than 3 days to stablize. Now we will see if she is the same on levemir.
Since she is pretty much high flat and pink, and on a lower dose than the Lantus was, I think you’d be OK increasing to 4.25, either tonight or tomorrow morning. Provided you don’t see any yellows before then.

For yellow numbers, if still close to pink, like 299, I should still go ahead for 4.25u. You agree?
Yes, for this purposes I was including 299 as pink.

How often should I test BG ? Any recommendation?
I know it’s best to test every two hours and I will try to do it in the day time, but If I cannot, what’s the best time to test? Sometimes Fafa is getting sick of me poking I think.

It seems +3 is nadir for now.I wonder if onset is earlier .
Still to early to tell onset and nadir properly. She is still just high and flat. Some Lev cats drop quite a bit at onset, then just sort of float along. Still TBD what Fa does,
