All is well in Check's world. He is eating well. I put a drop of Karo in his +2 snack, hoping to avoid a drop too low.

I hafta go feed the birds. It's snowing again, and when they flock like this, I'm afraid they know worse is coming.

I sure am glad I got out yesterday for new supply of bupe for Checks.
The plow hasn't been up our road yet. When it finally comes and pushes a load into my drive, I may not get out until Spring. nailbite_smile

Hi Barb - we're bracing for the snow too. Brrrr. DH is filling the bird feeder to Leo can watch HBO today. Quite a drop for Checks this morning. Have a great day!

Could be on the birds... nice too that you feed them. enjoy the snowfall. I so hear you though on the plows.... always covering up drives and sidewalks. We get snow so seldom her that when we do - such a hassle. Those plows always dump it on the sidewalks...

Hi Barab and Checkers wow what a wild morning! Hope you are able to get out with all the snow. I don't miss that, I grew up in RI now am spoiled with weather in So Cal. Have a happy Caturday stay warm!

Holy carp on that 30 and 33!! Sounds like you had enough going on this morning without Checker's added drama!

OH goodness Barb. What a day. I guess we know you multi-task well! I'm hoping the rest of the day calms down to a dull roar. ...and the furnace is fixed.

What a day. There's an 80 something in there too..at +7 maybe. :roll: It was done on a different meter, and I'm too lazy to go get it.
Checkers let the man sit on the couch right next to him, while we waited to make sure the furnace was okay.
This is a cat that hides when family comes.

I knew I was overcarbing him, but didn't want to have to be testing while trying to talk to service guy.

Let him live it up, he deserved it! :-D :-D Impressive bravery on staying out for the repairman! Tess would have vanished!

Yikes, well that +2 was just a hint of things to come. Come on Checks, what's up with that? Now no high bounces! Good thing he was there to make sure the furnace was working correctly! :-D

Took shave tonight because of 30's this morning.


Tomorrow's bound to be better. I overcarbed this morning's 30's in order to give my attention to furnace repairman. It was a scary situation.
Not much liking how Checks has been saving the greens for night time lately, but will be happy to see him drop some, tonight.

Wow Checkers and Barb, I missed all the excitement today with the 30's! :o :o Congrats on the reducie. Mags got one yesterday, so now Checks and Mags can share a toast! :-D Hear you all have a lot of snow.

:shock: :shock: :shock: And where was I today when Checkers went in search of the mermaids.... WOW Barb, and what day for you. I don't blame you one but for adding on the carbs. I've done it too when life dictates that I must. omg on that 30. Bet that scared the daylights out of you.

I hope too that all is well with your furnace. Too darn cold out there to be without good heat. oh my on checkers sitting with the repair guy. Guess he wnated to make sure that the man did it right too.

Bummer on the 405, but I know he will come down. Relax tonight, enjoy your evening!

Wow, what a day for Checkers. I don't blame you for overcarbing him to keep him safe. I'd do that too.
