3rd day at 2.75. If I'm reading TR correctly an increase is needed. Can anyone weigh in? Thanks!

I believe that since you’ve held the dose for six consecutive cycles and your nadirs are still high, you’d increase your dose by .25 units tomorrow am.

I see you’ve got a blue number. Normally, if we see blue, we hold the dose a couple more cycles. I would suggest you test again at +6 and if he’s back up into yellow, I’d increase by 0.25u tomorrow. If he’s still blue, I’d hold the dose a couple more cycles.
