Sorry to be so tardy but life got in the way in the form of Christmas holidays. Oscar's shots were all on time but less opportunity to take BG readings. All injections have been .25 over this period.

Questions: Should tomorrow be the day I do a curve (every 2 hrs for 12 hrs)? Should I do .25U again tomorrow? What will determine whether he gets to go to .5U?

You can do either tomorrow or the next day after for a curve. Which is every two hours test for a cycle or every three hours for a cycle and a half. Do .25u again tomorrow, the curve is to he'll evaluate how that dose is doing. The value of your nadrs or lowest points seen during the week will determine whether you change dose or hold it. So far it looks like you will carry on with the same dose, but let's see what the curve says.
