12/28 CRYSTAL Curve results

I had a curve day yesterday with Crystal - see her SS - and would be grateful for any comments. BJ mentioned to bear in mind that I had just increased the dose that day (from 9.5 to 10u BID) thanks BJ. My intention would be to increase by 0.5 after 4-5 cycles on this dose?

Hi Suki - looks like Crystal was pretty flat yesterday during the curve testing. When you first do a increase, you can often see New Dose Wonkiness. With Neko, the first few cycles after an increase often aren't very interesting at all.

Most of us here don't do formal curves, but rather try to get spot checks. Take a look at Crystal's SS and see if you can see any white spaces without tests, then try to get the odd ones there to fill in the blanks.

If you aren't seeing blue after 4 cycles, I'd increase again.

I think your plan to increase by 0.5u every 4 cycles or so makes a great deal of sense. Being a bit more aggressive until you start seeing some blue numbers sounds like the way to go.

Hi Wendy & Sienne,

Yep, not a good curve, too flat as you say. Would give anything for Crystal to see yellows, let alone blues - seems a very long way off at the moment but will keep slogging on. Planned increase for tomorrow night.
