Good Morning, Everyone,

We are keeping Amy and Melanie in our thoughts this morning. Fly free wings_cat wings_cat Mario and Smokey!

The big snowstorm is upon us. We are very glad we got home yesterday. We have about a foot of snow on the ground already and it's supposed to snow all day, all night, and into tomorrow morning. The winter-storm warning is in effect until 7 A.M. tomorrow! Rusty is napping in his little bed by the radiator. He's tired from his Xmas trip. True to form, his numbers have gotten gradually higher, even after we got home. Hopefully he'll come back down now. Thank you all for visiting Rusty's condo while we were busy with the family Christmas. I hope to get caught up with many of your condos today

We love seeing a real winter, the kind this part of the world is meant to have. After it stops tomorrow and the roads get cleared we hope to go snowshoeing. In the meantime we can get our "snowshoe legs" in shape in our backyard!

Let it snow! I'm glad you're home too, no fun traveling in that stuff. Hope Rusty settles back to Lagoonmeister numbers quickly.

Morning guy wow that is a lot of snow! Stay safe, glad you are home and don't have to drive in it! I am sure once you get back to normal Rusty's numbers will come down. Hope you have a fabulous day!

Me too, glad you're home. I hope you are stocked with kitty fuds too. I'm so glad I got out yesterday morning for mine.
I can hardly believe we could get so much snow is so short a time. You are getting much more.
I gave my DH's snowshoes to Susan. I almost wish I had them now.
It must be so beautiful where you live.

Looking for Rusty to start coming back down to nice 'Rusty' numbers. Will he come out and visit with your friends on New Year's Eve?

Great that you made it home! How wonderful on the snow, not that you are able to not travel in it. Snowshoeing sounds like a lot of fun and great exercise. Have a wonderful day Ella!

You are safe at home now, Rusty! Time to get back to work in the Lagoon! I hear there are lots of kitties doing all kinds of things there!

Yes, it is a winter wonderland out there. We had a good walk downtown to the post office and grocery shopping in the health-food store. Then came home to make a soup for dinner. We didn't go out in the backyard woods today to snowshoe, but hope to get out tomorrow, maybe to one of the trails. I'll take a picture of the snow tomorrow and post it in Rusty's condo. Rusty will have nothing to do with the snow. He'd be buried if he ventured off the shoveled walkway!

The LagoonMeister is back in residence!

Hey Kitties, Mannie and Tess say that the Full Cold Moon is tonight, not tomorrow night, so come one, come all to Camp Stu. It is covered in 2 feet of snow and our party will be purrfect: sleighriding, snowshoeing, skiing, ice skating, snowball fights, ice fishing, dancing in front of the fireplace, eating all those great fuds Chef Mannie has on the menu. Mannie will pick you up in the bus.

I hope Rusty gets back to his greens soon. I bet the snow is beautiful.

Got any good snow pictures for those of us seeing snow scenes through the eyes of others? The snowshoeing sounds lovely.
 
Thanks for visiting, everyone. Rusty is hovering around the 100 mark. We are happy that he came down today. He is still tired from his trip, however.

Rusty My bean said I could come, so I am bundled up in my green parka & my green fur hat & glove & we will sing the night away!! On my way!! Hugs from Moonie!!

Ella we may get some snow by Sat. and that will send off our winter hibernation!! :lol: :lol:
Cooking, venturing out in the snow for rations, and TV cuddles, my perfect weekend!!
Hope you have a good time snowshoeing--I am glad I can WALK straight :lol:

Hi Ella - sorry to miss you today... Another DGS day and time gets away from me.

It is wodnerful to see Rusty back at the lagoon. :mrgreen: A ncie trip recovery this time.

WOW on your weather!! I will look forward to a snow pic in Rusty's condo tomorrow. It mus be a winter wonderland there - how cool! :-D :-D Love the snowshoeing!
