Yesterday was almost a green day with blue bookends and the evening was almost all blue. As is Neko's tradition, two good cycles in a row mean a bounce for today. ohmygod_smile

Neko went outside this morning after breakfast and was just outside a little while before the telephone pole guys came by with a chainsaw/drill to test the rot in the pole. It is scheduled for replacement soon. The noise made Neko rush back inside and under the bed. That +4 test was shortly after that, but she probably would have been bouncing anyway. After I got her out from the bed with a freeze dried chicken treat, she decided things were safe and we had a good scritching/nanner play session. When I get a good scritching session going, Neko really gets into it. Sometimes I can get her hind leg moving like a dog and as in today, these little satisfied mews when I hit just the right spot. :-D

Oh my goodness!! Next time...video, please!! I can get my horse to shake his head like a dog will when I scratch his belly!! Sorry about the run, hide and bounce...but scritches make everything soooooo much better! Hope you guys have a lovely evening!!

Poor little Neko - running from the chain saw man! I'd run under the bed also. Sorry about that bounce. She'll be back to his blues and greens directly! Me too.. i want to see pictures of Neko with her nanners

Poor Neko getting so scared she hid under the bed. I'm sure the scritches more than made up for it. I hope she clears the bounce soon.

I guess she didn't find what she was looking for on the red floor. Neko was snoozing soundly when I started playing laser pointer tag with Theo. He was making such a noise chasing after it that Neko had to hop off the chair and see what the fuss was. She swatted at it a couple of times, then went btb. :lol:

@Deborah - I'll have to get DH to help getting the video. The dog leg scritch is usually a two handed affair. Amazing how undignified animals can look when they are in bliss!

@Liz - I hope this one is a short lived bounce. The reaction to long (for Neko) stretches of nice numbers is like a different kind of bounce for Neko's liver to get used to.

@Mary - My reaction to the chainsaw man was the opposite to Neko's. What are those guys doing with a chainsaw in my front yard! Still working on the pictures. I have ones with her and a nanner, but she always looks up when the camera gets near.

@Michelle - the hind leg scritch is on the side and a little back towards the neck. I can get civie Theo to do it a bit, but Neko gets really full motion with the leg. Neko is starting to come down slowly.

@Carla - the cuddles and scritches did seem to make short work of the scaredy cat.

:lol: I've never seen a cat do the doggy leg scritch. It's funny enough when a dog does it.

@Barb - I do like teasing Neko by getting her leg scratching the air. It works best if her nails have been trimmed, in case she gets me in the process. :lol:

Rusty does that leg scritch, too. Edward plays that game with him.

Neko, your mamabean would like to see those blues and greens again tomorrow. OK?

Passing quickly through the grotto, likely on the way to the lagoon. Sleep/test for this bean tonight.

@Ella - Neko decided to hit the blues tonight, technically tomorrow as requested, as it's just after midnight here. I think I'm going to be up late waiting for her to get back from the party!

@Michelle - Hi back, hope you had a nice day out with Nicholas. The rains didn't start here until it got dark.

Hi Wendy, nice bounce clearing for Neko to blue. I bet Neko sees green on this cycle. Thanks for popping in on Maggie. She surfed nicely.

@Ann - I thought this cycle would be almost the same as one on the 22nd, but no green this night. Still a nice blue though.
