Beans were awoken to the sounds of a swatfest this morning. It's hard enough to ignore one cat, but when the full choir begins, it's time to get up. :rolleyes: Thank goodness for btb, enjoyed by cats and beans alike. The rains started last night, inside cat beds are occupied. Might be a good day for a book and a cat on a lap.

Vines to all in need. It's time to recover from the holidays.

I hear you on the group swatfest Wendy - our 3 big boys have started that shortly after bedtime every night lately. Not sure what's up with that yet. Snuggling with a book and lap cat sounds wonderful!

Aha, the swatfest! Here, accompanied by low growling (Polly) followed by elephants running (Rowsie chasing Polly) followed by more low growling (Polly cowering under a dining room chair) followed by huge elephant running (daBean) followed by a loud, accusative, "What do you two think you're doing?"

Now, the bean is the dumbest element in that equation. They know what they're doing. And they've succeeded. It's all a cat ploy to get the ol' lady out of bed, a step closer to breffis.

I swear they wink at each other as soon as my back turns!

Neko, if the swatfest helps keep those beautiful numbers, go for it!

We finally made it back on the board and I'm learning my way around. It's a good thing Neko is in the Lagoon today. The LagoonMeister is pretty far up on shore.
Rain, you say? We have it, too, and our snow is a soupy, muddy mess with icy edges. I hope you're enjoying your relaxing day with a book and a cat in your lap (which cat?)

I'm having a lazy day, didn't test until +9, but Neko wasn't anxious and on Lev she's usually safe until around now.

@Lyresa, Marilyn, Carla, Elise, Ella - The rain stopped but Neko slept mostly on her memory foam bed today, though now she's on her bed by my feet. Lapping today was done by Theo, Neko likes the late night laps on the sofa. Swatfests here follow a pattern too. I'm trying to break the habit of chasing after saying "stop that" to Theo who usually initiates. DH thinks I'm being trained. :rolleyes:
 
You will love your Concept 2. They are made in Vermont and the delivery service is exemplary.
