Off to a green start this morning but Max again is not acting right. He ate his baby food pill chaser, came in to see what I was doing but left and went under the bed. I would also expect him to be hungrier with a green amps but he's not looking for food.

I'm hoping he behaves himself today so I can take a spin class this morning and I have a hair appointment this afternoon before heading over to my mom's.

Thanks Marilyn. He went low last night:eek: so that might explain today. Hopefully he will surf now.

Now Max....just keep on surfing! It's awfully cold for a dip in the lagoon tonight....at least not a very long one!

Pretty nice cycle today for a "bounce" cycle. Looks like you managed to get out this afternoon. I hope you mom is better.
 
Do you think this is a bounce cycle? I think it might be happening tonight.

I skipped going to my mom's because I didn't finish with my hair appointment until after 4:00 and my sister said not to come and upset myself.:eek: Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
 
Hi Liz. He's eating okay but not like he usually does, especially when he goes into lower numbers. He hasn't been sitting by his food dish or meowing for food. Thanks for the vines and visit.

I didn't expect him to dive tonight. I started a new pen so wonder if that is why.
 
It looks like Max's mini bounce might have been PMPS? Maybe that isn't even a bounce just the time when the insulin is waning! Whatever the case, his cycles look great, how long has his appetite been off? Do you measure his food? I hope he feels better soon, also hoping your mom is still doing better? Glad you got out and got your hair done and the spin class in- that does wonders!
 
Hi Ruth. He didn't bounce tonight after all. Wendy said something about a mini bounce today but I didn't think he had one. Max is maintaining his weight despite not being as interested in his food. He needs to lose and I think he is up an ounce or so but I weighed last after he had eaten a little. When his BG starts dropping I keep feeding him so he doesn't go too low. I'm not feeding more than I used to but I think the higher fat in the grain free plus his treats is too much for him. I'm not worried about his appy, just surprised I guess.
