For today I proudly offer Mannie's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Triple shot espressos, with beans from Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Coffees, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: a Venti quad almond roca infused mocha, with chocolate caramel whip, garnished with caramelized almond clusters, chocolate shavings, a dusting of crystallized caramel and dark chocolate drizzle. OOOOOOOOOOO! YUM,............OH! Tea infusions too, by request. they is primo! I SWEAR! Today: lemon zest!

Yesterday was.... blue and yellow day in MannieLand. or...as Mannie would say, it was a green day for him, cuz as we all know yellow + blue = green. :-D It was a fairly even yellow day for Mannie. I hope he can find his way to the blue floor today. paws crossed. Think blue, think green Mannie! Lubs ya big guy!

All is well in MannieLand, :-D :-D ALL here are on the mega tired side, Mannie included. Our Christmas holiday was wonderful, but ever so exhausting. And I wouldn't change any of it. I think the Christmas Spirit may have hit the Nanner King. Three or four times yesterday I found him letting Elsa play with the new Nanners. That was way cool. He watched from the sofa as she played and rolled on the new ones. Once she was done he went and checked them all out, curled up long the lot of them and went to sleep. :lol: :cool: What a guy... Mannie and DGS shared a few moments too. Breffis, and those ever present and continuously offered blackberries ad blueberries, a few walks down the hall, a few pets while Mannie slept. He's much gentler with Mannie than he was a few months ago: the VOICE and the SPEED RACER have not been here 95% of the time. I think Mannie's old bones are grateful. He much prefers those pets and purrs.... :-D This morning we had a great test, feed and shoot and clean plate club (YES!!!), purrs and lots of cuddles. With encouragement, normalcy in MannieLand. :cool:

Have a great day everyone. I am back on DGS duty for the remainder of the week. Today will be a travel day for Nicholas, a nice outdoor spot, maybe a creek today if it is not too cold, or wet. Not too sure at this point if that will be doable or not. Paws crossed too that Mannie gives us a permission slip. :-D I will try and get to condos when I can, but probably not until late in the evening. There is just no time when he is here.. I will miss you guys - and your furkids. Think blue think green kitties!

Hey everybody! GUESS WHAT! Tomorrow is the Full Moon! They all it the COLD Full Moon. I hope we can go the Camp Stu. I hear there is snow there and we can do all those cool things that come with COLD. WOO HOO! maybe even dome ice fishing! I Lubs that! and ice skating and sledding! So maybe we should plan the party today - wanna come to the treehouse and chillax some, plan the party and stuff? Let me know - I am ready for anything!~ Mannie

He was so tired after the festivities of Christmas Eve, and Christmas, and his Birthday that I let him take a very long nap after the pool. He was beat. Nice sunny start for Mannie today. Love that he let Elsa play with the new nanners a little. He must be in the "Random Acts of Kindness" mood. Good boy Mannie. Love love love the pics!! I bet you are all exhausted with Christmas and birthday all at once. Nicholas is growing up so much. What a doll! :-D Have a great day!

Morning Michelle, and I know all will be thanking Mannie for coffee recovery day! :-D So sweet of Mannie to let Elsa play with his nanners. Way to go Mannie! I love that blue + yellow = green! :lol: I hope it all goes well with the weather today for a DGS adventure. It's just cold here today, no rain here. Cute pics of DGS little Olympic swimmer for sure. I can't remember who first posted that in Mannie's condo, but it does crack me up. Yep me to n the outing today. I think we will be able to go, and I hope he's rested enough today. One tired little man yesterday. THX too on the pics - he had such a good time in the pool.

Hi Amy - I could not agree more with you on Mannie, and a being a softie at heart. In so many ways he really is. This whole Nanner possession thing with him has always been a "WHAT?" in the world. That is about the only thing he is so possessive about. :shock: ;-) and you are welcome on the support.... I have been there more times than I truly want to remember. It is never easy.

Hi Deborah - I thought so too, and so I told him. He has been so good about it - sharing the nanner stash. Many thansk on today - we did make a river, but only for a short visit. It was raining, not that that ever stopped me, but it was difficult to keep him warm. we still had fun tough, and he got to see his ducks. :lol: :lol:

Yo Mannie, My calendar says the full Cold Moon is tomorrow (the 28th), but I guess they mean because it is early in the morning. Anyways, I'm heading right now to Camp Stu, where the snow is about 2 feet deep. We'll have to clear the snow off the ice for ice skating and ice fishing! I'll get the grill all set up for those fabulous fuds, and we'll have a fire in the fireplace with hot tuna toddies to warm everyone up when they get here. Pinky is coming early to help me set up. Moonie may be able to come, too. I hope she's feeling up to it. See ya soon,

Hi Michelle, Happy belated birthday to Nicholas. He is a grown-up 2 now! That's a great pic of him gazing out the window. So happy to hear that he is being more the gentle Nicholas with Mannie these days. Mannie had a nice flat yellow day today. We know what that may mean! Mannie was so nice to Elsa, letting her play first with the new 'nanners. What a great guy he is!

Hope you had a nice day today with Nicholas. Your family Christmas must have been such fun.

I know what you mean about needing ~O) ~O) and recovering from the holidays. I too wouldn't have it any other way.

And bless Mannie for sharing the nanners with Elsa. At least for now. I'm with Ann, maybe you almost have enough nanners in the house that he can share one or two. :lol:

Hi Wendy - as was I. Looks like he chose the up option. bummer! Perhaps he has sampled to much of his party fare! :lol: SO agreed on the ~O) ~O) recovery. I too would it have it any other way. :-D You know there are enough nanners in this house that he should be able to share them. One would think. Maybe he has come to realize that he can't hoard the all. :lol: :lol: I would hope. It will be interesting to see what goes down when Elsa makes another move n the pile. :shock: ;-)
