No clue what Walter is up to... he really has no reason to bounce. Maybe he just missed bouncing around on the trampoline. :blackeye: It is starting to look a lot like a failed reduction. If there's no action today, I will take him back up to 1.25 U tomorrow.

Mandarin is still rocking his dose. He spends most of his time in the lagoon, but there are still a few too many blue numbers in there to consider another reduction.

...and I took Iris for another recheck this morning. She is doing a lot better after 10 days on Baytril (and lots of homeopathic meds and essential oils). No more green discharge from her nose and she doesn't sound quite as congested anymore. Unfortunately, Flora all of a sudden has liquid diarrhea again. The vet is concerned that she is now also allergic to chicken. The only two proteins I have used with EZ Complete are chicken and turkey. I will try beef and see if that does the trick.

It's good to see Mandarin stabilizing..he's looking good. Well, Walter what are you going to do buddy? Glad Iris is looking & feeling better. Didn't you get the Immune IQ test done for Flora? Where does Chicken & Turkey fall ...green, yellow or red? My understanding is that EZ Complete has chicken in the ingredients too.

Yes, I did. They're both yellow. All of the unusual proteins (like Kangaroo and Pheasant) are green... but with 6 cats, those would be cost prohibitive and I don't even know where I could possibly get them. Lamb is also green - so that is the other one I will try. The nice thing about beef is that it is easily available... and my vet actually raises her own cattle and told me that she could get me beef at a great price.

Mandarin is rocking this dose.
Walter....come on work the juice; let's see what you can do!
Happy to hear that Iris is feeling a bit better. Hopefully Flora's tummy issues are resolved quickly.

Walter figured he hadn't been keeping you confused enough lately so he decided to mix things up and bounce on the trampoline. Mandarin is looking good on this dose! Poor Flora's tummy. Have you tried duck-based foods? That might be costly too though. I hope beef does the trick.

I'm so glad Flora and Iris are staying with you for good. Sensitive little kitties need mamas like FDMB mamas who will take care of them properly. :bighug:

I keep telling him that consistent blues and greens would be an even better surprise, but I don't think he's buying it.

...and Mandarin is once again dropping fast after a higher PMPS - not sure why he keeps doing it, but at least there seems to be a pattern.

Oh no! You said it out loud! Now he knows to switch things up. :nailbiting: Quick, reverse psychology: Christina, I really don't see a pattern at all in Mandarin's drops. ;):woot:
Good thinking! ;) ...but he still dropped into the 40s by +8 despite the MC food early in the cycle. Glad I set some extra alarms!
