Yesterday

We're experiencing some irregularities over here. The Libre low glucose alarm went off around 4:45AM (+8.5). I overslept as a result, and Gen's shot was a little over an hour late this morning.

As for what Gen's BG was when the alarm went off ... that's a bit of a mystery. As usual, it threw up an error and spent some time recalibrating, but ultimately it didn't send a corrected number to either the LibreView website or the LibreLinkUp app. I can see a complete graph on the main Libre app, but there's no way to get the exact number from it. (It does seem clear that it was above 90, one way or another.)

Well, regardless, he went back down into the blue for half his PM cycle, and that does seem to be a good sign.

Hi Allie, well at least he’s seeing nice blues. We love that!
We’ve had that low alarm that never shows on the graph later.
Who knows
But it does suck in overnight hours when it scares you awake!

It snowed nicely last night, and I think he's a bit fascinated. (Obviously it snows in Boston too, but we don't have a great big picture window in our apartment!

Mine does that too alot. An alarm and then it doesn't stick in the graph. Last night it was going into the 40s and there are no 40s there now, ugh!
I'm glad he's testing out these new number ranges though.

Thank you! Honestly, I think this trip has actually been really good for him. He's been loving all the extra attention; I think he really likes hanging out with a group of people, especially when we're having a cozy time reading together in the living room or similar. I wish it were something I could offer him a bit more often. Maybe I need to start hosting movie nights at my apartment or something.

He is having a bit more constipation trouble - he pooped earlier today but appeared to have had some difficulty getting it all out. I may up the Miralax dose a little.

We were supposed to be heading back tomorrow, but plans have changed again and now we're returning Tuesday.

I don't know if this high, flat cycle is due to bouncing, the late shot, or some combination of both. Maybe constipation is a factor?

He did dip into the blues yesterday, so likely a bounce. I'm far from an expert though.
