What did everyone's cats get from Santa Paws?

Apart from empty boxes and packaging paper, the cats are getting new ID tags for their collars. I kept forgetting to order new tags until yesterday I bought from Etsy this time. Leroy has an alien-themed tag (well he is named after an alien ) and Emma has a floral themed one. The other option for Leroy was an outer space themed one but, well you know, no rides on the spaceship for any cat.

Gen got an adventure and a whole new territory to explore this year, so that was a pretty big one for him! (Nothing under the tree, but then again, this was his first Christmas tree, period! And he hasn't tried to do anything to it, which is a nice gift to me. )

 

[Elaine and Ember]

My best friend from grade school sent Ember a blood ketone meter and a box of syringes! (She always yells at me for choosing presents for the cats and not myself. ) Santa Paws got the rest of the kitties some new flavors of Temptations treats. We use them with meds and we can't use the same flavor for too long or we won't take the meds. If I rotate flavors every few days, the med-taking is usually pretty uneventful.

Xander has been playing with this every day since Christmas, Flare could care less about it.

Flare got a fresh yeowww catnip banana. He has a horde of at least 20 of those at this point. Older picture of his collection:

The cats have a banana and an apple and a lemon. All are ignored but once in awhile civvie will chew on the apple. I think @Staci & Ivy has a well loved banana?

I don't think either would care about an interactive toy that moves. I have live rat TV which is ignored

The rats didn't get anything other than a new box to hide in and chew up

My cats are getting all new flooring. I have 3 cats with asthma, and 2 so bad, they can't go into carpet areas.

The cats have a banana and an apple and a lemon. All are ignored but once in awhile civvie will chew on the apple. I think @Staci & Ivy has a well loved banana?

I think Ivy loves her burrito the best. It’s crinkly and sounds very crunchy. It’s a perfect pillow

 

[Karolina & Nestle]

Nestle and Peanut get spoiled every year (but they deserve it).
Michelle got them these long toys that crinkle and these catnip with silvervine lollipops.
And they also got catnip mice and this rolling mouse (they're not quite sure what to do with it yet).
They also got some freeze dried treats.
And lots of tissue paper and wrapping paper that has littered my living room floor since Christmas meowning

The first thing I did before I moved in was replace the new carpet with hardwood floors. I didn't have a cat at the time but knew I would in the future. Carpet and cat and other messes do not mix. Plus there's the allergen issue. Leroy still developed asthma for whatever reason

The cats have a wind-up butterfly on wheels. They were intrigued for maybe 2 seconds before they ignored it I gave up on buying them toys long ago.
