AMPS: 294 (1.0 Unit)
+9= 313

PMPS: 341 (1.0 Unit)
+2= 303 (this was just done--hope to get a few more before bed)

First full day on Lantus. Can't get any readings in the morning because we are at work--will have to wait until we are off on Friday. I am trying to get some more numbers this evening. You can see it all on her spreadsheet below.

That's a nice drop from PMPS to +2 and almost yellow. I'm glad you're able to do some more testing tonight.
What I do, is I set my cell phone alarm to get a test or two around what I think is my cat's nadir time.
Normally, I go to bed practically right after PMPS, and my cat's onset isn't until around +4, so for me, midnight tests it is.
Anyway, the trick to the middle of the night tests for me, is to set the alarm, get up, test, give treat, and go right back to bed...and set the next alarm if need be. You know Lantus is based on the nadir, and getting the mid cycle tests whenever you can is important to know whether the Lantus dose is too much or too little.
