12/26 Tommy AMPS 356, +2 404~ PMPS 397, 1.R

Good morning LL Coffee in the tummy and another day of uncertainty for my boy. Upped his dose this morning to try and get a grip on this. I also started him on Welactin soft gels this morning. One tube squeezed onto his food and all was good.
I have a question please, is it ok to put the Dasuquin and Miralax at the same time on his breffis or should I do that at separate feedings?
I hope this day after Christmas finds you with happy hearts and more fond memories of this wonderful time of year.

Sorry, I don't know about the combining of the supplements/meds. Hopefully someone will be able to tell you :razz: . I think I need to go find that coffee you mentioned...good luck with the dosecrease

Thanks for stopping by for a visit Rachel, and given his number just now i have no idea what he's doing.. I've been doing this for over 3yrs now been up to 11.5U BID and down to 1U BID, now back up to 11U BID and I feel like i'm starting all over again.. A little scary I must admit. I hope that Chyna is well today.

Sending good vines for Tommy and Ryleigh. Good luck with Tommy's dosing. As for supplements, I usually do not mix them. Don't know if it matters or not I do it just to avoid any possible interactions. Have a good night.

My inclination would be to give one of the supplements in the AM and one in the PM. I doubt that the fish oil will interact with anything but who knows. If there's a vet school in your area, you could always call to ask the pharmacist in the vet hospital pharmacy.

I've been so impressed with what you've been able to do with Tommy, Lauren. I don't know enough about acro to know why his dose has gone way back up unless his tumor is more active but I know you know way more about that than I do.

I wonder if other changes.....just the gradual changes that come with old age....have any bearing?

I hope Ryleigh is better today.

grr on the numbers - but i wonder, do you think he might be bouncing from the 197 two nights ago? kinda looks like it to me.

how does he seem to be feeling overall?
