Good Morning LL! Back to Pinks. :YMSIGH: I'm thinking of adding that drop back in if things don't get any better today. Any thoughts? I know she comes down, but not that often and she doesn't stay there.

I plan on catching up on sleep today. BTB now, catch up on condos later.

WCR All 5 Ps again today. Very hungry kitty and playful to boot.

I-) Sounds Great.. hope you get plenty of catnaps today! I also hope Tess comes on down for you... no dosing advice from me either, but wanted to drop through & check on Tess & you too.

i'd be tempted to add a drop back onto the dose myself depending on how things go today.
ann, have you thought about switching to levemir at all? it might be worth trying...

Tess is at least down to yellow at +2 with a 259. She is perky this morning, checking out the outdoor scenes through the window, eating her breffis with gusto, and grooming as she finishes. Mama bean is still sleeping.

Morning! and happy post holiday. BTB sound sooooooooooooo divine! Mannie however had other ideas. No dose advice here, but I would think that maybe it would help jump start things. Looks like you have an answer from Jill. At least the +2 was an improvement. :-D

Ann.....I would be very interested in whether you decide to go with levemir or not. I'm not sure what the difference would be to Tess. I hope you got some rest this morning and have a wonderful day.

I got myTC feline mix with liver. The numbers are different than the website. I'm assuming these are as feds as there is no min/max. In %s they are:
Moisture: 4.2
Protein: 41.6
Fat: 18.6
Total Minerals: 31.6
That would seem to leave carbs of 4%.

If I plug that into Janet's calc, I get 4.6% calories from carbs and that's if I did it right :lol: :lol: I think you are better than I am at this so....any corrections are greatly appreciated.

i'm sooo jealous on your btb....i tried it but didn't work with Rocket....he showed me MY lesson....since we had company over last night and he hid under the bed the entire time....he got me up early and made sure i stayed up....almost like payback time!!! :YMSIGH: :YMSIGH:

have extra ZZZZZZZZZZ on your sleep for me ok!

I'm glad to see that Tess is coming down from the pink floor. Looks like the blue floor is next. I hope you had a nice holiday.

It looks like Tess had a day of slidage! :mrgreen: I thought I'd let us both have a break today and give her ears a rest. That +11 was quite a surprise. What a slug I've been today! I slept nearly all morning and the Tess just wanted lap time this afternoon, who was I to refuse. My brain just never really started to function today.

I think Tess read the increase threat and wanted to distract me. Obviously, w/ a dropping 88 PMPS I didn't increase. Now if she will only keep with the program!

Family is back tonight so I have been a little distracted w/ my Mom, I tested at +1 but forgot to feed Tess! :o She made up for it by getting and eating extra at +2. The next test should be interesting.

Jill, I have been wondering about Levimir. What difference would there be? I know that they say nadir can be adjusted with the dose. Do you think that would help Tedd nadir a little later? Right now unless she drop very fast in the beginning of a cycle we tend not to get a green nadir. With a later nadir she would have more time to drop slowly. Do you think Levimir would help with this?

Marjorie, I did spend some time w/ the calculator this afternoon and you figures look correct. These numbers are quite a bit different from the website. The ME carbs % is much lower than the old formula but I haven't worked out what it would be w/ the meat added. However, the old formula was less than 1% so this should be even lower. As i said, brain not fully functioning today.

About all i was fit for this afternoon was picking up and trying to figure out the new espresso maker.Yes Michell, I got one, but not THAT one. :lol: You can even use the steamer to make tea or hot cocoa! Sweet!

Glad you got some rest and glad Tess heard the threats!! Sweet on the espresso machine...that help those late nights :lol: :lol:

They have all the minerals broken down, too, so any info you want off the label, pls let me know and I'll send it to you.

Looks like baby girl is going to have me up late tonight so sleep tight...get some rest!
