Good morning,

Yesterday's condo

12/25 AMPS=140 (0.75u); +2=130; +9.5=158
12/25 PMPS=167 (0.75u); +2=128; +5=146

12/26 AMPS=124 (0.75u); +2=157; +4=203
12/26 PMPS=182 (0.75u)

There is only one thing Lucy is eating at the moment, and that is Wellness Chiken 5oz which has somewhat moussey texture.
I gave that to her this morning, and she ate pretty well.
Her mood is better this morning too.
It could be a residual effect of yesterday's cypro, but we are having a better morning than yesterday.

I only have one more can of moussey Wellness Chicken.
I'm going to the petfood store later today to get some more, but I doubt the consistency will be the same.
Hopefully her appetite will pick up soon, and she'll start eating other stuff too!

Hi Mariko! I'm glad Lucy ate well for you today and is feeling better. Paws crossed on the fuds shopping that you find the one you need :-D I know Chyna likes it sometimes when I blend the food with my magic bullet with some water into a nice consistency...weird how they like it a certain way ;-)

Thank you, Rachel, for the MagicBullet idea, but it's not only the texture.
It smells different!!!!
Even I can pick up different smell when the consistency is different!!
Lucy must think they're completely different food.

I know...Wellness's inconsistency is beyond frustrating. I find inconsistency from can to can within the same case even. I'm also not a fan of their customer service, but with juggling both FD and early CKD, and Trix hating the other options even more than Wellness, we're stuck, too. I hope you're able to find more of the magical cans that work for sweet little Lucy. I hope her mood is still good and she's eating well this evening. Have a great one, Mariko!!

Good news!!!
Lucy is feeling better since this afternoon.
She has been much more purry and relaxed and in a better mood.

I couldn't find the Wellness Turkey in the consistency she was only eating until this morning, but she ate Wellness Turkey this evening!
Not like she can't wait for the next bite, but she kept licking it off my finger!
She didn't like Wellness Turkey 3oz, but preferred 5oz today. :roll:

Anyway, I am very happy she's feeling better.
I hope she keeps improving.....

I am happy to hear that Lucy is feeling better. Sending vines that her appy continues to improve and that you find many cans of food that are just the right consistency for her. I always have to sprinkle the Wellness food with toppings to get my kitties to eat. Right now ZiwiPeak is everyone's favorite, but that can change by dinner time :lol:
