? 12/26 Chanel AMPS 354 Thinking to switch to Levemir? Advice?

Hi Sue, our Christmas was great. I think Chanel just got a bouncy attitude :) I hope Luci is getting better every day, a couple more weeks of wearing the cast, then she will be finally free to run around, not that she has any issues of doing that now :)

Chanel gets spoiled every day too :). Hard to look into her blue eyes and resist to her demands made with a soft and low voice. I suppose she got the memo saying that those who want to be listen need to speak in soft voice :)
However, she did not get any high carb food, so I would rather consider that pink more of a bouncing. Her body probably got used a little too much with the high BGs. Time to get it right :)

Hi Sonia, how are you today. We do have a great day, being lazy although I need to go get some shopping done. As for the baby, she is doing her thing, staying beautiful. Meanwhile, I am trying to create a meal schedule that may help decrease her weight, let's hope I get some results with it.

And after she gets the cast off, GOOD LUCK in catching her :). But I keep my fingers crossed that the new state of freedom will get her to go GREEN and stay GREEN!
 
I am thinking to switch Chanel to Levemir. She seems to have increased sensitivity to touch and actually trying to pet her, she would start pulling fur off her paws and bathing her obsessively. I would like to ask kindly if any of you have previous experience with Levemir and what would be your advice, looking at Chanel's SS. I am not looking for an overnight solution, just to make her more comfortable and not upset with the insulin injections...sometimes she bites me really hard at the time of the injections, teeth sinking. I do not mind, I can take pain rather easily but that tells me that she does not feel all that great with Lantus shots.
