Hope so! Since he is in TR (modified), should i hold the dose for 3-5 days? And increase by .25?

I forgot about when seeing blue from a year ago, but in TR guidelines says this
“Hold the dose for 3 - 5 days (6 - 10 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are less than 200 before increasing the dose by 0.25 unit.”
 
He is still following TR, just using an option for cats stuck in high numbers. But fast tracking was only to be used until he saw lower numbers, and he did that with the 199. So back to holding the dose for 3-5 days. Since he barely saw an under 200, I'd just hold 3 days/6 cycles before doing that 0.25 unit increase.
