things have been a whirlwind.. was gonna gove updates and come on earlier; hes beautiful but ive been having a hard time w his numbers today.. plus other things.. stress and worry is exponential. im having to repeat carbed snacks!!!!

idk what to do.. hoping second round works. never had this before..

His numbers aren't too terribly low. And it looks like you are doing a good job with the carbs; they are boosting him enough to keep him in safe numbers. Are you feeding HC food? Or just honey/syrup?? How well did he eat this morning at shot time??

i try to not let them get low. thanks for that.. just never had him keep falling.. ah well. first time for evrrything!!!! …. He has food sensitivities so i carb his food; means i can customize it.. but i think since they hit earlier, he mightve needed more.. but the numbers went up…. alas.

ohohoho.. i have something in place now; we must see he eats well or he dont get a shot or half. and today he wate well. i made sure too w the green PS.. (and more he dont get one cuz sometimes half still see greens.. and it freaks me out. )

Those lower numbers, especially when they don't seem to respond strongly to carbs are truly worrying. Perhaps something is shifting with his response to the insulin?? I'm glad he is going up, and his nadir is typically +3 - +6, so he should naturally being going up now anyway.

arent they a tool when they fight uu!! … its a good sign, right.. but no its frightening!! it was earlier in the cycle.. needed to be extra carby maybe….. hm. and i think his pressure being better has helped things a lot.. yeah looks it.

gonna see +30 now….. ugh

(and ill tell u.. if numbers coming down, it dont matter how much LC food is eaten i seen for him.. it determined to drop? its gonna. :/ you have to break it. i was wondering w his green PS too how’d it go today.. .. its good but ughhhhhh……. Ack!)

@Elaine and Ember finally got the greenlight to get some Telmisartan! and what a hassle its been!!!!… will explain more later.. anyway can i ask what dose your baby started on and the method, like once a day, etc?.. i was thinking and was instructed to try the lowest and go up.. right. i seen 2 mg.. could split and start w one.. (liquid would be difficult. )

oh most certainly .. but having to keep up w his snacks etc.. the timing. cuz i stop things two hours before.. and we had to do the low ptotocol twice.. .. and then also its the holidays!! ill see tho..

ooh! so she gets 5 mg day/night?? is that what they started her on? vet here was thinking since Chewy starts at 2 mg to start there..

Yes, that was her starting dose and we've continued on it since it's working well for her. I was worried too at first since the dose seems so much larger than amlodipine but it works differently in the body.

Can you move the 2025 tab of numbers over to the left so it's the first thing people see when they open the SS? It currently opens to the 2024 tab. When 2026 rolls around, move that to the left of the 2025 tab. Just drag and drop.

Looks like your cat surfed today It's good that you were able to keep him from scuba diving.

That could be a Lantus double dip, where they do a mini drop at the end of the cycle, but not as low as the main. Perfectly fine to shoot when you are up for it.
