Tim here -- with this +4 reading, the reduction is looking ever more likely. Having said that, he'll likely bounce up 200 points in this next hour...

If he doesn't, I may force the issue with a BCS or something.

Now I have a bit of a dilemma with the dose... I had decided in advance that if he just dropped below 50 x 3 I'd do a 0.25 U reduction, but if he dropped below 40 I'd do 0.5 U. So at today's PMPS he got reduced from 0.25 U to 6.25 U. But now in the first cycle at 6.25, when the old depot is clearly still in play, he dropped below 40. This makes me think that at the very least the morning dose should go down to 6.0. Guess I'll see what else he does tonight and decide from there.
