Yesterday's Condo

When I went to sleep, Gabby was surfing in the yellows. I guess she decided yellow wasn't a good color for the morning.

Gabby has been hanging out with me this morning. Gizmo has been running round like a crazy kitten. He's had his teeth brushed and claimed his treats for using the scratching post (vs. my dining room chairs).

Very nice blue morning, Gabby! And well done, Gizmo, using the scratching post! We had a cat that tore up a recliner. She would look at me while scratching, knowing I was irritated. The animal communicator said she did it because she could. :roll: :roll: :roll: Happy Monday!

Gizmo sounds like a character. When I read your comments about him I get this image of Garfield in my mind. :lol: :lol: :lol:

You have no idea! At one point, all four claws were firmly embedded in the side of the sofa (Gizmo was entirely off the floor) and he had his head turned around and was looking over his shoulder at me. It was clearly a, "Hi, mom! See what I'm doing? Aren't I cute?" sort of moment. I had no idea what to do. Should I yell at him? Laugh? Shake my head and walk away?

And, yes, John -- he's taken to reading about Garfield. Those NFCs are just too smart for their own good!

:lol: Now, from a cat's perspective, I totally see the draw to couches and recliners and even dining room table legs and chairs! The world is their scratching post!!! Too bad they didn't spend their hard earned money paying for those rather expensive scratching posts we call furniture! Glad Gizmo found, used, and got treats for using the right scratching post! And YAY for Miss Gabby! Those are some lovely blues for a Monday! :smile: Merry Christmas Eve, Sienne and family!!

Gabby, those are some pretty nice blues ya got going on there ;-)

Ginger likes running up my drapes and screen door like she's climbing up a tree, and never looks back at me.

Looks like you and Dyana both are up for a while tonight!! Good grief! And I bet you thought she was on the way up and you could sleep and dream of sugarplum fairies!

Oh wow that's one heck've a drop on the +2. Hope things level off soon for Gabby and you can get some sleep.
