With regards to the boneless, skinless chicken breasts that I was getting I'm sure if they were brined, or not. They were from Pilgrims(?). The turkey breast that my DH got tasted like it was brined. I'm just glad that I tasted it. Needless to say, she never got any of the turkey breast that I cooked. It's put in the freezer for future meals for us beans. I do have chicken gizzards in the freezer that I was going to give away, but thankfully didn't give away. I'm using that up and seeing if that'll help. The gizzards I bought at Brookshire's.
In answer to someone's question about the gizzards, yes, she loves them.
We need to go out again tonight for a few hours, so I won't be home to feed. I haven't trained her with the auto feeder yet. So, I'll do what I did before I got the auto feeder... give her a bit extra of food (splitting the middle meal), and feed her the remainder when I get back. We won't be gone for long anyway. I tend to peter out rather quickly at night.
MY WISH: For God to help those ailing make a full and speedy recovery... For God to help heal the broken hearts of those who lost a beloved pet and/or human... For everyone to have great #s... For everyone to be OTJ.
