I hope he feels better and soon. It's so hard on us too when decide to stop eating. I'm going through that with my cancer girl right now. Said of barely eating. Even tried Entyce today and that doesn't seem to be having any effect on her. Will have to go back to Elura, which she despises.
Have you tried a stimulant with him?

I haven't, I have his intermittent appetite woes on my list for when I bring him for a yearly visit in the upcoming months though.

I hope your other kitty gets back to eating a bit better soon as well! What's her name?

He didn't do too bad this morning. Not great, but eventually finished about 80% of what he usually eats. And finished his +9 snack. Hopefully tonight isn't too much of a struggle.

I'm still a little perplexed by the 58 nadir today. I've actually noticed his numbers are usually a little higher at nadir when he doesn't eat his usual amount rather than lower.
I'm wondering if it has to do with using the calipers rather than the syringe lines. I came up with the current caliper measurement by measuring a handful of syringes where I would visually consider it a 0.25F dose based on the syringe lines and they were all basically the same in millimeters. But when I applied that same measurement to today's dose, the syringe lines showed a dose that was just over 0.5 but I stuck with it due to the previous consistent caliper measurements. Maybe the 5 or so syringes I based my standard measurement on were higher outliers?

I may gather some more data using the lines and recording the caliper measurement before sticking with using solely calipers.

She's still not eating. Mirataz yesterday did barely anything. Entyce did absolutely nothing today. I'm going to go back to Elura (which she absolutely hates and tries to drool out) tomorrow morning. If nothing by the afternoon, I will do some syringe baby food with EZ Complete (which is a meal completer), to mange due she's getting vitamins she needs.
Problem is, she got her first chemo dose of 1.8mg last Friday. So don't know if it's too do with this, or just not wanting to eat from the cancer.:( And if it's from the cancer, there's really not much else to be done with it. The steroids haven't helped her at all.
Good times. Diabetes is a cake walk to some illnesses for sure. Not that I'd wish it on her, but I'd rather that was her problem instead. At least that can be regulated.
Saw Xander ate some today. Hope he keeps to it.
And her names Angel. This is her with Nico.

They both look lovely 😻 I'm sorry to hear she isn't eating, hoping for the best for her! I know what you mean, I sometimes feel silly for how stressed out I get about his eating and numbers since he is doing relatively great so far for almost 13 years old. Before his diagnosis I knew it was either diabetes or CKD, and was actually super relieved that day to hear it was only diabetes
