Happy Holidays everyone. :-D Mannie had a great AM cycle with blues and greens. :mrgreen: I did feed a slightly higher carb at+ 4.5, and +5.5 as I was going to be gone the rest of the day until his pmps. After a couple of great green cycles we did get the bounce with yesterday's PM cycle up to the pinks, where it appears he spent the evening. :roll: We have a 388 this AM - blech blech blech. I hope he clears it quickly, but slowly. You can do it Mannie - go kitty!

We have switched to the Infinity meter, which through a couple of comparisons test yesterday seems to post slightly higher numbers - at least when one is in the pink range.... I used to use the Maxima, but since they are phasing out that meter, I figured might as well make the witch when it came time to reorder strips. nice meter - so far, so good. :-D

Mannie is doing well this morning. Normalcy in Mannieland.... breffis: YUM!, nanners: MINE, tree: MINE!, outdoors: PRIMO stuff, weather: the pits. I've had lots of purrs today, lots of cuddles - scritches and pets were returned. It was nice to wake up this morning to find him curled up on my feet. :-D :cool: :cool: It appears however that his generosity with the nanners is over. Last night the civvies, based upon his letting them play the night before, decided to try again. NO WAY per the Manster - he was there within seconds with the "don't you dare play with my nanners" stare, gave them a whack, reclaimed his stash. Mannie?: Santa is watching....

ETA: no baby yet.... per the DR she has not progressed much since the last visit: still remains at 3cm dilation, 95% effacement. Hey little one: what are you waiting for??.... probably christmas... :-D

I knew Mannie would start sliding down...he's so awesome about breaking his bounces. :lol: :lol: :lol: on the nanners...he lured them in by being nice one day and then the next...fogettt about it!! :lol:

Yep...sounds like that baby is waiting to be a Christmas one!! So you are staying home on Christmas and not going to DD's or are the kids all coming to your house?

Mannie...I'm sooo ready for the party and Tobey has a new elf costume he looks so adorable in!! When should we start cooking?

Hi marjorie - I am glad to see the bounce break - really did not care for that 388... well a bounce it is and it will go away, so we are patient, and wait for him to clear it.... :smile: The nanners are so funny - he gave them one day, and now we are back to mine and mine alone. shessshhhhh..... -- and yes on Xmas - it's always at my house, so all will come here. My DD just hopes this baby doesn't pick that day for his birthday. :lol:

Gracie! You wanna hang out today? maybe we could get some of the prep work done for the party... and I got the tour bus from my uncle, so maybe we could get it all decorated and stuff - ya know - with a tree and everything! hey - did you hear? Rusty has found an auger, so we can drill holes in the ice for the ice fishing - we don't have to use our claws!! SWEET! I can't wait to see Tobey - he is so cute!!! ~~ Mannie

no baby yet....that will feel like eternity if you are hoping a Christmas baby!!! feel for her!!! she'll be tired!!! but worth every second of it....well...not at first but later when the baby is in her arms!!!

Wouldn't a Christmas baby be so cool. I'm sure baby wouldn't think that once they are older though.

We're expecting a snowstorm...so I told Attie if he is going to go to Camp Stu he better have good directions and take the truck with the plow on the front.

I've shot a low dropping number. When I commented to Jill that it probably wasn't the wisest course of action, her reply was something in the neighborhood of, "I wonder when you'd figure that out." I'd suggest not working as hard as I had to in order to keep Gabby's numbers from totally tanking.

Hi Sienne - Yeah - I hear what you are saying. I hope my choice tonight wasn't an error in judgment, and that I am not working too hard to keep his numbers up... I hope that the 64 was enough of a rise. It seems that over the course of the past few days that we are, once again approaching that line of working too hard to keep those numbers up.

Thanks Marjorie. A little nerve wracking.... One knows the drill, knows what to do, but still.... there is that nagging' omg please let this be OK and the back of the brain. I kind of like to get a +.5 when I shoot a low ps number - just gives me a feel for what lies ahead, just a little. It ought to be an interesting evening...

Just as an FYI, at times when I'm testing every 30 min, I'll further divide up food and give a mouthful every time I test. There's nothing that says you can only feed every hour. You can give Mannie a bite or two of food to keep him (hopefully) surfing.

Hi barb - i know - guess Mannie is done with this dose. knew it was coming, but didn't think I'd get a 34. The boy means business.... an no baby yet - she's so ready, poor kid. should be soon though.
