His next test should tell you if he went lower last night (bouncing).

I got into the habit of an afternoon nap, helped me if I had to get up in the middle of the night.

Well, AM +5 99 seems a reasonable place to be.

I would love to nap in the afternoon but can't do that while I'm at work!! I'm going to have to figure out what to do in January, for sure, as I'll be away at times (not every day, but still) from AM +4 to +7.5 or +8. This is only two days per week on average, but still...
 
Where did Eddie go after that 99? Given it was around typical onset (though one never knows about Eddie) I’m really curious if he continued heading down. Hope you were able to get some more tests in to find where he bottomed out.

On Levemir, Eddie doesn't have the typical onset as he had with Lantus and we're now dancing with the effects of SRT. I had to finally go out in the snow storm after I tested him (but I gave him some food first) to shovel my way to the car; g) drive for syringes and lancets; c) get food for the other cats at one store; c) drive for food for Eddie at another [Blue's low phosphorus gets delivered) and cat litter; d) groceries for me. By the time I got back, unloaded everything and set out food for the cats (and dog), it was AM+9 and I was pooched. I just fed them and then made dinner for myself. So, nix on the more tests. Somedays the magic works; somedays it doesn't.

Most cats don't. Also his nadir, or low point is also later on Levemir. +9 would have been a great time to test. It wasn't that long ago he got down to 50 on this dose. I'd be extra careful and do some extra testing now while you have the time off of work.
