I've completely removed the steamed chicken, and am now giving her raw chicken gizzard for her +5 and +4.5 meals. The turkey breast... Ain't feeding it to her. I cooked it, or thought I did, but definitely wasn't long enough. I removed it from the cooker, and chopped it up into small pieces and steamed it. I removed a cooked piece (yes, made sure it was cooked thoroughly before tasting), and noticed that it was way too salty for her (hence the solution that they put in it... didn't think it was going to be that bad). Thankfully, I still have chicken gizzards in the freezer. I took one out, thawed it just enough where I could cut it into pieces (they were still frozen, but more manageable), and refreezed them so that I can take out when I need to without wasting. I'm keeping the amount of food that she's getting, and will be giving her 0.40 oz. of the raw meat. Not sure if that works the same way as steamed chicken, but I'll try it and see. I need to find turkey cutlets (the unbreaded kind). I've fed her those before, and I know that they're not salty (at least back then they weren't). I keep telling myself... Trial and error... Trial and error. Just like Dory on "Finding Nemo" constantly saying... "keep on swimming... keep on swimming...".
MY WISH: For God to help those ailing make a full and speedy recovery... For God to help heal the broken hearts of those who lost a beloved pet and/or human... For everyone to have great #s... For everyone to be OTJ.
