I don't know how you do it. Especially with what happened this last time and risk to the others.
The least the agency could do is make sure they aren't sick when they foster them out, but that's just my opinion.
As far as fostering goes, bless you! Any animal that comes into my house never leaves, I can't part with them. Glad homes have been found.

All kittens have been adopted. Mother went with daughter to a furever home tonight. They were adopted before I could get them out of their carrier. Bruno and Katy will be delivered to a home nearby tomorrow to be a Christmas morning surprise for an 8 year old boy. I am a mess.
I had to carry Alska upstairs to his room for testing and shot. Since he didn't come down I suspect he is looking over the kitten room that has been closed for a month. I also suspect he missed sleeping on the bed last night. He has been planted on the back of a chair next to the Christmas tree.
