Well, at least she didn't food spike today! She came down to a beautiful 116 at +4 last night, so I was hoping for a blue AMPS...but not surprised by the yellow AMPS. I'm pretty sure I'll be taking her back up to 2.00U tonight - we'll see how she works the juice throughout the day.

The store wasn't as busy as we'd hoped yesterday - where are all the husbands who come in and buy gift certificates this time of year??? I hope we see them today!

Gotta get in a quick workout before work...trying to stay one step ahead of the holiday over-indulgences. I should be able to visit more tonight...I missed checking in on everyone last night.

Come on down Trix!!! I'm thinking these girls must be getting into holiday treats :lol: either that or all the holiday hubbub makes them think they aren't getting enough attention.

Maybe the guys are late shoppers. Paws crossed for more business tomorrow and Tuesday.

YAY! No fuds spike today. It's nice to read that she went blue last night, Good luck too with the new dose, if you go ahead with that. Think blue, think green Trixie!

I will hope for a good day at the TBP. Come on guys! SHOP!

I'm sure the guys will be in during the next couple days buying for the wives. In good form, they are waiting for the Last Minute! :roll: :lol: (Just in case my DH reads this, I must say HE has been done his shopping for quite a while ;-) ) Good thinking getting ahead of the holiday indulgences! I do moderate free weight work outs and love how well they work. Had to get a stronger core and muscles when I started working in trades, cause I am just a little squirt :lol: I found they really strengthen the back and tone the tummy/ arms/ legs, and you only have to do them 15 minutes/day....LOVE that part :lol:

Hi Amy! I hope your day has been filled with many, many holiday shoppers spending lots of SSSS! :cool: I also hope that Trixie gives you the numbers you are looking for really soon, but if not, good luck with the dosecrease :-D

We're seeing way too much yellow here, so I took her up to 2.00U tonight. AH, it was a nice little jaunt under 2.00U, even though it was short-lived.

All the last minute husbands who buy gift certificates are still MIA...we were way too slow for our taste today. Hopefully they'll start surfacing over the next couple days....

She's working it so far...but then again, she usually really does work the first cycle of a dosecrease. It's the following cycles that are much more telling for her, so we'll see what happens over the next few days!

The men in my family have always waited until Xmas eve to shop. What's the weather like where you are? Is it a factor?

Since Trix has developed the habit of bouncing to yellow/high blue and staying there after the first cycle of a new dose, I had to grab the opportunity to post Mr Greenie while I could. Ni ni LL!!

Paws crossed this dosecrease is the one. Trixie, you know what momma wants for Christmas! That and a lot of guys shopping tomorrow. :lol:
