Oh so close to the lagoon this morning...maybe a little dip later on?? Trix is extra snuggly (I even got "couch snuggles" in addition to "computer chair snuggles!"), appy is very happy, eyes are bright and full of mischief, and we're still on a good roll with the gelcap. Just the way I like things.

My Dad did hit the chemo crash yesterday. Oh well, it would have been nice if it didn't happen, but it was pretty much inevitable. He was starting to feel better by last evening, but I'm sure it will still take him another day or so to be back on track.

I wasn't going to have a day off until my vacation starts on Christmas Eve, but it turns out I am off today after all...woohoo! DH and I have exciting plans to go to Lowes for sheetrock...yep, we are STILL working on the basement remodel we started LAST Christmas! This year, the ceiling is going in! I hope once that's done, we really can push forward and get it done. It's going to by my studio space once we close the store (hopefully before our lease is up in March 2016), so it needs to be up and running when I'm ready to be working at home and on my own.

SO CLOSE Trixie! Off to the lagoon next? I bet you are. Extra kudos to you for the extra snuggles this morning. I bet that made your mama's day. Keep them coming! l LOVE the appy, the bright eyes, the mischief and the gelcap. Well done little one. :cool:

Bummer on your dad's chemo crash. It is nice though that he will be feeling good before Christmas. :-D

EXCELLENT on the extra day off. I wish you speedy progress on the basement. I remember when we did ours... an ongoing what seemed to be a never ending project. Then one day, it was done. :-D How nice to have that as your studio space. very cool!

Pretty start for Trixie in numbers and great WCR. I'm sorry your dad crashed but hopefully he is on his way back up. Hope your day was productive. Those projects take forever.
 
Because of our trip to Lowes, Trix's "+9+" snack was more of a "+11" snack, but it still seemed to help her numbers a bit!
 
Nothing better than a surprise day off! (Well, yes there are a few things, but darn it is a great surprise.) And to have a WCR like this one. Oh a great day!

Hope the "finishing" goes well. Exciting plans.
