BG high this morning. But he is acting good. Just gave him his insulin. I upped his dose to 1.6 instead of the 1.5 to see how he does. I didn't want to go much higher than that. He got his Mirtazapine today, so he is very, very chatty.

Lets hope for another good day!

I really, really want to encourage you to get PMPS tests. You will have no idea whether it's safe to shoot without this information.

I think maybe she meant an evening spot check or two.

I hope Todd leaves those reds behind soon!
 
ooohhh.. ok. hehe Well, I need to get up around 3am for a trip to the airport, so I should be able to check at that time.


Currently 403 before PM shot. Not sure why he's been in the 400's all day. He has eaten very, VERY well today. So it could be that.
 
Hope to see Todd out of the 400s soon! I've got the alarm set for 3:30 to do a +6ish spot check. Will be thinking of you having to leave the house so early!!

Todd is still getting dry kibble, right? If Todd is eating a lot of kibbies...his BG is going to be high. You were using Hills K/D at 22% carb.
 
Correct, Blue! So that would be the reason for the high numbers. Extra food and all. Oh Todd, if only you would TRY to eat some canned food. :/
