Morning to you all! Raja & Mama did a little run around the coffee table this morning in an effort to administer her insulin.
One does need to make contact with the syringe needle Raja....I can't just wave it from across the room ya know!
I caught her and placed her on the table and she sat neatly on the testing towel waiting for the "torture" to begin. She puts her little front legs under her so there is little "back" area to work with. She has her little bat wings standing up so I can't get a good spot to give the insulin. She has it down to a science. I have to place here legs in front of her again....rearrange her body so I can get some skin lifted on her back.
But I too have it down to a science. the "torture" lasts a split second and while she can continue with her dramatics, I know that she is just playing a part. The needle doesn't bother her...she is just a Diva and acts like the whole routine bothers her!
