Yesterday, aka "save a strip" day.

12/21 Recap:
AMPS 197 +8 230
PMPS 124 +3 171

Neko is now doing her bookend PS's from the night to the next morning. I was pretty happy to see that after yesterday's horrible start. Neko's had a nice purry morning. She's on her bed near my feet, completely unsuspecting that I'm about to pop her in a carrier for a acupuncture vetty visit. Poor kitten, I've promised her 2 weeks between the next vet visits.

Yes, Neko. What a nice collection of numbers. I spy green!

Really, Wendy. She doesn't know she's going to the vetty? Mine get the sense the moment I awake, even if their appt isn't 'til late afternoon! Neko, where's your extrasensory purrseption?

Hope all went well.

Good to see that Neko has a green surf starting. Surf safe, Neko! How did the acupuncture go today?

Hugs, scritches,

Neko's vetty appointment was at +6.5, so she didn't spike from it. While we were waiting in the clinic entrance area, a puppy came in on leash, and jumped on the sofa jostling Neko's carrier. Nosy puppy. I did get blood pressure done there. She started out over 200, but settled down around 172-180. Vetty was happy enough with those numbers, given the white coat syndrome, and the puppy. Then she got her acupuncture and she was good for that. Neko went outside for a bit later on this afternoon, so that means she's feeling good.

I just talked to Mariko today - there's a new fur kid in the family. She'll post details later.

@Carla, Marilyn, Ella - thanks for stopping in. Dosecrease seems to be working. This vetty appointment went much better than last week. It's also a smaller, quieter clinic. Acupuncture vetty has noticed that Neko is more relaxed when she's in good numbers for the session. Needles go in like butter, instead of an orange rind. ETA: I also handed out one of the FDMB calendars as a gift.
