Good Morning LL! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) (YUM! I Love coffee!), and Happy Sunday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, KBP!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! Lola and Bug are very busy resting.... They say Sunday is sleep in day... I dunno - I really think they are gearing up for holiday parties. Yupp! That's it! well ok then! OH! We have Christmas tree pizzas! They have perfected them! so. well. anyways. ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot espresso, beans from the heart of central Ethiopia. For my mocha fans: Venti Quad orange and vanilla mocha, laced with orange swirls, topped with chocolate whip, garnished with orange zest, slivered vanilla beans and chocolate swirls....... SWEET!, and perfect for a fall day. OH! No worries, a dollop of orange and vanilla and chocolate and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, and a chocolate caramel drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts standard with every delivery!

I hope everyone had a great Caturday. Mine was good, rather laid back, just a relaxing Caturday. SWEET! :cool: We had alot of fog here yesterday, rains intermixed with that. It was a rather gray and dreary day here. I much prefer the snow fall from the day before, wish I had it back. :-D Shopping got done and all bought, ready for Wednesday, expect for the baked goods, whatever that will be, and a birthday cake for Nicholas. I may even just bake those. Well maybe. I was taken back by how much a turkey cost. sheshhhhh! My son always used to get them free when he worked in the retirement home. This was the first year in a long time that I actually had to buy one. well at least it is a fresh one, not frozen, so hopefully worth the price. :cool: Erin, Jason and Nicholas and William stopped by in the afternoon. It was nice to see them, just hangout for a bit. Nicholas had just gotten his haircut, had to show it off. :lol: He was so wound up, a no stop whirlwind the whole time he was here. :lol: I heard all about the snowmen he built yesterday. :-D :cool: So went the day, and I never did make it out for a local hike. By the time they left it was close to 3PM, so just decided to bag it for today. It was just so dreary out anyways.

Normalcy in MusketeerVille! :cool: :cool: :cool: The kitties were GOOD kitties yesterday, even Lola. :shock: Well... i knew she'd been u the tee a couple of times, the ornaments end up in the strangest places. I also manged to out a few more on it before she realized what I was doing. I've discovered that if we leave the tree alone she is more likely too also. Well, let's just say less climbs.... :roll: Nicholas played with her while he was there - there was alot of running and playing with the cat dancer. She loves those. Bug gave one chase too, until he decided Nicholas was just too full of energy, and went off to nap. Elsa was too busy getting here beauty sleep, and the boys never did see her. other than that... they have been quiet napping kitties even Lola. I think our rainy dreary weather plays a part in that. It was a day to stay indoors. Elsa did venture out once. That lasted maybe two minutes, came in covered with rain drops. :lol: :lol: Thta took care of any further ventures outside. yupp.....

Have a great day everyone! I'm not too sure what will be here today. Puts some more ornament on the Christmas tree, if I can sneak that by Lola. I have one small box left to do.... :roll: :cool: An out and about for sure, but I think it will be local... to the shore if it isn't too cold, or wet, out there.

It sounds like you had a nice day yesterday. I hope you can get the rest of the ornaments on the tree. Maybe while Lola is sleeping. Hopefully your weather won't be so dreary today and you can get that walk in.

Well that sounds like a nice Saturday! :-D Good thinking on waiting for Lola to nap before finishing the decorations. DH is currently redoing the tree as I type this :-D :lol: :lol: We will be doing that until it comes down Jan 1st! Oh well, par for the course when you have pets ;-)

You know, Lola will be listening for the sounds that tell her you want to play with the tree again :-D I only open up the civie's treats (Temptations) when Cleo is out on the catio, and I run the water hard, so she will not hear the bag or the crunchies being eaten. I don't want her to feel left out :lol: :lol: But, sometimes I turn around and she is at the glass door looking in, with a look of what about me? on her face. So, she gets a bit of FF Appetizer, even though she didn't get tested.

Morning Kim ~O) ~O) ~O) It was! I enjoyed yesterday, some time just to hang out, relax with family. :cool: I think so too on that tree: only when she is asleep, though her radar is on high alert, so it isn't too long before she picks yup that "messing with the tree" alert and in she comes.... :roll: oh oh on your DH, and expect that is the norm, especially when one has "newbies" in the house who are outdoor kitties. Up they go! THX on today, had to postpone a bit as the skies opened up big time, and well... we will wait a little for it to slow some.

Morning Jane ~O) ~O) ~O) I did - it was nice. Always good to have all the family over, well almost all. OH YES on Lola and her hearing what I am up too. She eventually picks up on the fact that I am doing something and she always shows up. I got about 10 minutes time in last tree go-around before she knew. and she has been in a deep sleep. :roll: TOO FUNNY! darn cat! :lol:

Morning Liz ~O) ~O) ~O) YUPP!, and you are right on target. :lol: I can see her watching what I do, and the thinking: "I can do that!" and then she does. it's that way with lot of things she does. Watches and off she goes to do the same thing. She's fun! :cool:

That was SO GREAT! I loved it, and shared it on FB. Had too, and I hope you don't mind. and ever so true on finishing the tree... I have tried a couple of times to get some more on when she is asleep. I get so far, and then her radar kicks in and there she is: ready to help! :lol: :lol: :lol: I so love this cat!
 
I think Lola is saving up her energy for Christmas day :shock: :lol: :lol: I'm lucky that my mom does the turkey, they are expensive, I just do Christmas Eve dinner of lasagne, salad, garlic toast etc :-D I know it's sort of a weird dinner, but it's tradition! Rainy days always make me sleepy. It's a good thing I don't live in a town near the ocean! I hope you're having a nice Sunday Michelle :-D
 
Hi everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. We did well here, another laid back relaxed day. I am so glad most of my holiday sutff is done, so I can have these laid back relaxing weekends. We have been fogged in most of the day. Once the rains stopped the fog was right on top of that, and it never did break. It's not as dense as it was a few weeks ago, but it is one of those fogs that leaves droplets on all it touches. It was kinda wet out there. Once the downpour stopped I headed on out, just the usual place, but it was nice. One knows when it is foggy or wet at Meadowdale most people stay home. I saw one couple on the trail, no one on the beach. That was kinda nice. Just me, my thoughts and the fog. I really like fog, when I can spend time in it like today. Love the way it makes things look. kinda cool. I will post the Picassa link in tomorrow's condo.

I came home to the cats terrorizing my poor Christmas tree. Lola was up and down the stalk, circling around the middle and flying out again. Bug was chasing her around the tree from the ground. :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :o :o :o :o :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: That was swaying and wobbling and shaking every time she flew out of the middle. Amazing that is is till standing. It was bedlam. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: AND... I didn't have my camera! missed the photo shoot of a lifetime. Then again, knowing Lola, there probably will be more.... ;-)



Hi Chris - I did. it was great fun. made me smile and laugh. I will have to re-post it in tomorrow's condo too. It is good fun.

Hi Rachel - Oh yes on Lola and Christmas day. I so agree with that. Although this afternoon's escapade was rather fun too. I can so see the scene on Christmas. What with everyone with presents, people in and around the tree, she will see it as one big invite to go and play with it. Non-stop too I bet. OOOOOOOOOOOO! I like your Christmas Eve dinner. Excellent. Funny but that is what I prepare on Easter, that too is a weird Easter dinner, but it too has become tradition. :cool: THX on today - it was great, even with all the fog.
 
Oh my goodness...now Bug is in on the action too! It was only a matter of time. They must have heard you were going to put some fresh new ornaments on it! I hope things have settled now...it sounds like the bulk of your weekend was wonderfully relaxing!!
 
hi Amy - yupp! Bug seemed to think Lola need some help in the motivation dept. :lol: Settled they ave - everyone ifs off napping, YAY! and thx that it was! relaxation ruled! :-D
